Fit and Lit

Before my busy active life, I wake up earlier in the morning than normally in order to start every day with The Miracle Morning โ€œS.A.V.E.R.S.โ€ Ritual created by author Hal Elrod.

S.A.V.E.R.S. stands for: Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, Scribing

Age-Defying

Yes I DO defy age! Being immodest now..

I love it when younger people say to me: โ€œI want to be like you when I grow upโ€. Sweet! 

What do I do to feel so energetic, sassy, and alive? What keeps me feeling and looking good at 75? 

Here are some of the things I do and I encourage all of you to do to stay youthful!

Age is an issue of mind over matter.

If you donโ€™t mind, it doesnโ€™t matter.

I Joyfullyโ€ฆ

Laugh a lot! 

Dance or move to music whenever I can! 

Do yoga, meditation, and a morning ritual that empowers me for the day ahead

Practice a consistent workout routine that works for me @dailyflexfit 

Surround myself with positive people who inspire me

Think youthful fun crazy thoughts 

Sleep well,  eat healthily, stay hydrated

Say no to sugar and yes to protein as much as I can 

Practice self-care of MIND, BODY SKIN

Treat myself to safe, beneficial ARBONNE products* 

Incorporate anti-oxidants* into my diet

Eat enough fiber* *SEE HERE

Serve others philanthropically

Intentionally NIX my inner naysayer.
