Yes we all have those voices. We have Inner Critic who says: “Who are you to do that?” “What are you thinking?” Why are you even considering that?” etc.
However, we also have Inner Coach who says “Wow, look at you!

I lost a friend today.
Her soul has been set free,
Away from sudden restrictions,
That claimed her life to be.

I met this gracious lady
When I turned fifty one.
And for 25 years of knowing her,
Her smile shone lik

Today I came across this saying as a reminder to me to be loyal to my future and not let my past define me. Especially in these covid infested months where one can hear others, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 ourselves, say... ⠀
